Who we are In September 1997, Stothers Centre for Children and Families and The Etobicoke Centre for Children and Families amalgamated to become The Etobicoke Children's Centre. Both centres were founded by concerned parents, developed with the support of local service clubs and had been serving the Etobicoke community for more than 25 years. The Etobicoke Children's Centre is a non-profit, charitable organization. We are approved as a Children's Mental Health Centre, funded by the Ontario government and operate under provincial legislation. We are fully accredited by our provincial association, Children’s Mental Health Ontario. Our services are without cost to families. |
