Our Team of Skilled and Professional Staff

The ECC skilled and professional staff take a coordinated and collaborative approach to the provision of effective mental health and autism services. Our staff focus on child, youth and family strengths, integrate diverse perspectives and values, and in partnership, develop implement and review individualized service plans and goals. 

Our team of highly qualified staff have training and expertise in the fields of applied behavioural analysis, child and youth work, early childhood education, psychology, social work,  and speech and language pathology. Staff provide consultation, counselling, support, treatment, training, and workshops.  Staff work  in close collaboration with schools, hospitals, child care centres, child welfare agencies and health practitioners as appropriate to the child's needs. 

The ECC also retains the services of consultants in the fields of Psychology, Psychiatry and Trauma to provide assessment and consultation for registered clients who are receiving active service at The ECC. Referrals to these specialized consulting services are made by a Centre Service Coordinator.
