Friends For Life

Description

A group to assist children to learn important skills and techniques to cope with and manage anxiety. This group may help prevent the development of serious anxiety and depression by increasing emotional resilience and promoting positive coping skills. 

Who should come?

The Friends for Life group is run in partnership with community schools in the Toronto District and Toronto Catholic District school boards. Children are enrolled in school and/or identified by the teacher. The target age group is 8-13. 

All participants are asked to participate in evaluation of their experience of this service.
