Jeremy De Stefanis, Chair, has more than six years of public accounting experience with privately held and publicly traded companies in the industrial, energy and natural resources sectors. He received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Brad Archer, Past Chair, has over 20 years of front-line supervisory and senior management experience within the provincial government Ministries of Correctional Services, Community and Social Services, and Children and Youth Services. He has also worked for over 10 years as an independent consultant within the non-profit children and youth sector.
Charlene Mathias, Vice Chair, has 13 years of experience working in healthcare and project management. She has led the implementation of several large-scale business transformation initiatives that span across the Acute, Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Addictions, Long-term Care and Community sectors. Charlene has obtained PMP, CHE, ITIL, Lean Process Improvement and Change Management certifications, and she also holds a Master of Health Sciences degree from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
Lubaina Fidaali, Secretary, is a Program Director at Home Trust Company. She has over 20 years of consulting experience leading large complex business and Information Technology related projects. Lubaina received her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, USA.
Sandro Serino, Treasurer, is the Funding and Policy Consultant, Financial Analytics and System Performance, Policy and Public Affairs at the Ontario Hospital Association. He received his Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto and his Master of Science from York University. In addition to his academic achievements, he is a Certified Health Executive and Project Management Professional.
Carolyn Anco is a recent retired elementary school principal who has worked as a school educator for 36 years. She has served on both provincial and national councils.
Ken Fasciano is Assistant Director of Communications at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Ken has more than 20 years experience working in communications at CBC Radio, York University and the Government of Ontario. He holds degrees from the University of Toronto and Ryerson University.
Taylor Martin is the Manager of the Ontario Palliative Care Network Secretariat, as well as the Primary & Community Care program at Cancer Care Ontario. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has his Master of Engineering and Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto.
Chamu Nhamburo is a Senior Business Analyst at Mackenzie Health. In addition to his role at Mackenzie Health, Chamu is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Professional Educational Programs where he provides guidance and instruction to accounting students. Chamu is a Chartered Professional Accountant and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Illinois State University, USA.
Raj Sewda is the Vice President of Patient Care, Chief Nursing Executive and Chief Privacy Officer at Runnymede Healthcare Centre. He is a certified Health Executive from the Canadian College of Health Leaders and has over 17 years of diverse experience working in acute care teaching hospital, post acute care/rehabilitation, homecare, and public health. Raj received his Masters in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University. He has a Certificate in labor Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto.
David Tingle works at Google as an Analytical Lead: he helps Canadian businesses grow by providing a strategic and data-driven perspective on all things digital. Prior to his current role, David worked in management consulting and government relations, and holds degrees from the University of Toronto and McGill University.
Opal Vivera is a Director, Strategy of Business and Product Management at the Royal Bank of Canada. She has over 15 years of experience in strategy, transformation and execution. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University in 2000. Additionally Opal is a certified Project Management Professional.
Blair Witzel has provided consulting services for 20 years, and has worked with dozens of health service providers, planners, and funders in Canada and the Caribbean. His consulting practice focuses on strategy, planning, and implementation in health information privacy, digital health, and health system optimization.
