Brad Archer, President, has over 20 years of front-line supervisory and senior management experience within the provincial government Ministries of Correctional Services, Community and Social Services, and Children and Youth Services. He has also worked for over 10 years as an independent consultant within the non-profit children and youth sector.
Omair Hamid, Past President, works in the IT security field. He received his degree in engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Jeff Niehaus, Vice President, is the Director of Human Resources at Save the Children Canada. He has over 15 years of HR experience. Jeff received his Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University at Kingston.
Lubaina Fidaali, Secretary, is a Program Director at Home Trust Company. She has over 20 years of consulting experience leading large complex business and Information Technology related projects. Lubaina received her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, USA.
Jeremy De Stefanis, Treasurer, is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s audit practice. Jeremy has more than six years of public accounting experience with privately held and publicly traded companies in the industrial, energy and natural resources sectors. He received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Carolyn Anco is a recent retired elementary school principal who has worked as a school educator for 36 years. She has served on both provincial and national councils.
Alexander Benedet is a Marketing Director at General Mills. He is a Charter a Professional Accountant (CPA) and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor.
Charlene Mathias has 13 years of experience working in healthcare and project management. She has led the implementation of several large-scale business transformation initiatives that span across the Acute, Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Addictions, Long-term Care and Community sectors. Charlene has obtained PMP, CHE, ITIL, Lean Process Improvement and Change Management certifications, and she also holds a Master of Health Sciences degree from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
Taylor Martin is the Manager, Primary & Community Care at Cancer Care Ontario. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has his Master of Engineering and Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto.
Janet Miliaris is the managing partner at Miliaris Family Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 1988 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 1991. Janet was called to the Bar in 1993 and practises exclusively in the area of matrimonial law and estate litigation.
Sandro Serino is the Funding and Policy Consultant, Financial Analytics and System Performance, Policy and Public Affairs at the Ontario Hospital Association. He received his Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto and his Master of Science from York University. In addition to his academic achievements, he is a Certified Health Executive and Project Management Professional.
Raj Sewda is the Vice President of Patient Care, Chief Nursing Executive and Chief Privacy Officer at Runnymede Healthcare Centre. He is a certified Health Executive from the Canadian College of Health Leaders and has over 16 years of diverse experience working in acute care teaching hospital, post acute care/ rehabilitation, homecare, and public health. Raj received his Masters in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University. He has a Certificate in labor Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto.
David J. Guiney, Honorary Member of the Board, is Chief Operating Officer at Tarion. Prior to joining Tarion, David was a partner at Tanner & Guiney Associates-Barristers and Solicitors, where he served as general corporate counsel to Credit Union Central of Canada and Credit Union Central of Ontario. Prior to forming Tanner & Guiney Associates, David served on the senior management team of Credit Union Central of Ontario as General Counsel. David graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in 1985 and received his LL.B. from McGill University in 1989. He also holds a Masters of Public Administration from Queen’s University.
