During the Intake process, we collect basic information about your child and your family, including needs, concerns, strengths and possible risks. We use this information to identify the best service for you or your child, and to help start a well-informed service/treatment plan. We also use this information to establish possible beginning goals and to measure progress and outcomes during and at the end of service.
