Tools 4 Skool Program

gitl_and_boy_sharing_elephant_toyThis focused ABA-based program is geared towards children who are reaching most age-appropriate milestones but may need help developing skills in a particular area.

Tools 4 Skool aims to help your child acquire or strengthen skills in ONE of the following areas as identified by the family:

  • Language/Communication
  • Social Interactions
  • Independence with Daily Living Skills
  • Behaviour Regulation

Goals are developed in collaboration with the family and are based on your child's individual needs.  This program is delivered in a low 2:1 child to therapist ratio therefore, we will require those attending the program to complete an eligibility screening to determine peer compatibility.

Format:
2 hours, 2 days per week
Delivered in a child to staff ratio of 2:1
Delivered over an 11 week period


Other features include:

  • Delivery of treatment by a team of highly trained therapists
  • Program oversight by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
  • Parent/Caregiver coaching on teaching strategies being used
  • Session feedback and follow up with the family
