           Private Pay Autism Services

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

In an effort to keep our clients, families, staff and visitors as safe as possible during this COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to close all our service locations for the period of March 18th - April 5th.

During this closure, all private pay autism services have been suspended.

Please read the following information for current and new clients:

For Current Clients:

All private pay sessions and any make-up sessions that were scheduled for the period of March 16th to March 30th are cancelled.  Refunds for all cancelled sessions and scheduled make-up sessions during this two week period will be processed and provided in due course.

Service support and resources will be available to families.  Please contact your child’s lead therapist.

For New Clients Registering for Spring Semester:

If your child is registered for an autism program for the Spring semester, we will hold your spot for you.  You do not need to re-register to secure a spot.

For programs being offered on Saturdays, only sessions scheduled for Saturday, April 4th have been cancelled.

Refunds/Credits

Families who have registered for the Spring semester will have the option to:

  1. Receive an adjusted program fee for a 10-week semester instead of an 11-week semester
  2. Receive a credit which will secure a spot for your child in the following semester
  3. Receive a full refund

Orientation Meetings and Payments

Unfortunately, we are unable to conduct in-person orientation meetings at this time however; we are able to send an electronic version of the orientation package for you to review.  While we are only able to accept payments by e-transfer during the agency closure, we will contact all registered families once we reopen to complete any outstanding payments.

We are continuing to monitor the evolving updates regarding COVID-19.  Please continue to visit our website for updates.  You can also call 416-240-1111 ext. 2271 or send an email to autismservices@etobicokechildren.com

We thank everyone for your patience and understanding.
