Mindful Community for Families Drop In Group

This monthly drop-in group for children 7-13 years old and their parents/caregivers aims to develop a sustainable community where families feel supported, interconnected and encouraged to continue their mindfulness practices.

Each month covers a specific theme, and group formats alternate between separate child and parent groups, and whole family group sessions.

  • Increased present-centered attention
  • Enhanced emotional awareness
  • Enhanced use of skillful responses
  • Increased feeling of support and interconnection

Second Tuesday of every month, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

The ECC, 65 Hartsdale Drive

Please note:

Pre-registration is required.
