Staying involved with The ECC!

Providing Advice

The ECC offers the opportunity to parents, children and youth to provide advice to The Centre about the organization, programs and services. If you are interested in providing individual feedback or participating in a focus group, you can do so in three different ways:

  1. Email

  2. Provide your suggestion to your Service Provider who will submit it to our Quality of Service Coordinator. The Quality of Service Coordinator will review your suggestion(s) and bring it to our Management and Leadership team.

  3. Drop a suggestion or recommendation in our Suggestion box in our reception area at either location.

If you would like to be informed about the outcome of your suggestion, please let us know how to contact you when you give us your suggestion. We will need your contact information to provide you with the outcome. Your contact information will not be shared with any third parties, will be kept confidential and will be used only for the purposes it was requested.
